It’s time to find emotional freedom from your child’s food allergy.

Let’s change everything, together.

I used to do this all alone. Until my son had an anaphylactic reaction to his food allergy at school. Right then and there, I realized I couldn’t handle this all on my own. The stress, anxiety and complete fear was consuming me. Then I figured out a way to help myself-and I want to teach you to do it, too.

What if you could drop your child at a play date without worrying?

Can you even imagine that happening for you and for your child? Feeling relief and freedom from their allergen-even when they aren’t in your sight?

I can imagine it, because I live it. It is my reality. It can be yours, too.

Let’s find the thoughts that bring you peace.

And the thoughts that make you feel that fear, worry, and loss of control. Let’s understand ourselves better and grow into the women who strengthen our children as we go.

You and your child can learn to embrace the emotional ups and downs of their diagnosis.

There is calm in this storm. You are capable of handling this, and growing into someone that also empowers your child to move forward through their trials.

I have finally embraced the freedom that comes along with my son’s food allergy.

YOU CAN TOO.

Find your freedom.
